The belief that the Divine
Mercy message, as revealed by Our Lord to St Faustina, is a message for peoples of
all races, religious affiliations or beliefs, is the underlying motivation behind Joe
Cannon’s mission. The signature on the Divine Mercy Image, "Jesus, I trust in You",
is an invitation for people to return to God. Joe feels that through the use of
billboards, he can be instrumental in exposing more people to the Divine Mercy
message, especially people that would not normally be exposed to this message. |

He says:
"My goal in life is to bring Jesus out into the open where everyone can see Him...
We’ve been hiding Him for too long. Don’t get me wrong. It’s great to have the image
in the churches. But we also need it out in the streets for people to see Him who
wouldn’t normally see Him." |
